Trekking Itinerary
Day 01 : welcome at Kathmandu airport and transfer you to your hotel.When you have had time to settle in and freshen up after your long flight you will welcome to visit blaze mountain tours office for a coffee and brieffing about your program.
Day02:Kathmandu to Besisahar(820m) with vehicle
Day 03: Trek to Bahundanda (1310m.) 6 hours. After your breakfast around 8'O clock trek start.
Day 04:Trek to Jagat. (1300m.) 6 hours.
Day 05: Trek to Dhara pani (1860m.) 6 hours.
Day 06: Trek to Chame (2670m) 6 hours.
Day 07: Trek to lower pisang (3200m.) 6 hours.
Day 08: Trek to Manang (3540m.) 5 hours.
Day 09: sight seeing around Manang very old village and great panoramic Annapurna ii, iii, Gangga purna, tilichok and many others Mountains view or visit to the Malaripa Cave and very interesting in Mountail small monastery or Ganggapurna glacier or take rest for acclimatization's day. And over night in same hotel.
Day 10: Trek to yak kharka (4018m.) 4 hours.
Day 11: Trek to Thorungla Phedi (4450m.) 3 hours.
Day 12: Trek to Marpha (2670m.) 7 hours with visiting Kagbeni(the Gateway to Upper Mustang)
Day 13: Trek to kalopani (2530m.) 6 hours.
Day 14: Trek to Tatopani (1190m.) 7 hours.
Day15: Trek to Ghorapani(2850m)7 hours.
Day16:Climb up to Poon Hill(3210m)1hours view the sunrise and the Mountains Annapurna south(7219m),Fishtail(6993m),Himchuli(6441m),Dhaulagiri(8168m)and other Ranges.After the breakfast trek to Tikhedhunga(1577m)
Day17:Trek to Nayapul 3 hours and then drive back to pokhara stay in the hotel
Day18:Back to Kathmandu via flight or vehicle
Day19:Today is our last day in Kathmandu before we leave for our trek to Round Annapurna we had a few errands to run to finalize things before the trek and we also had some time to shop arround thamel which is the main tourist and shopping area.At the evening we provide drinks and typical nepali dinner(Basic rice,Vegatable,Chicken Curry,Different kinds of Pickles and other vegatable

Teej in Nepal

Teej is the fasting festival of women in Nepal. It falls in the month of August or early September. Married women observe Teej fast to honor Lord Shiva and for long and healthy life of their husband. Unmarried girls also observe fast on this day for a good husband. Teej celebrations lasts for three pious days. Traditional dances and songs form an important feature of Teej celebrations. Red color is considered auspicious for women observing Teej fast and so most of them dress up in red or bridal clothes.

Teej Celebrations
Teej is an annual festival of Nepali women. The festival is celebrated with utmost dedication and love by the women in Nepal. Preparations for the festival begin well in advance. Fabric stores, sarees and suit outlets are stocked with the bridal red color fabric. Women spend most of the time shopping when Teej is near.

Teej festival celebrations are carried further with sumptuous feasts and traditional performances. On this day, women dress up beautifully. They clad themselves in red colored apparels, wear glass bangles, heavy ornaments and apply henna. Teej gives women an opportunity to dress like the newly wed. They worship the epitome of divine marriage - Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, for longevity and prosperity for their husband and family.

Three Days of Teej
Teej is a three-day-long festival in Nepal and each day has its own significance.
First day is called 'Dar Khane Din', the day to make merry.
Second day is a 'fasting day'.
The third day is called 'Rishi Panchami' in Nepal which is a day to perform Teej Puja.
Dar Khane Din
The first day of Teej in Nepal is called the 'Dar Khane Din'. On this day, the womenfolk dressed in the finest clothed gather at one place and perform traditional dance and sing devotional songs. A special food called 'dar' is eaten. Celebrations continue till midnight after which the 24-hour-long fast begins.

Fasting Day
The second or the fasting day of the Teej festival is dedicated to pujas and prayers. The holy Pashupatinath temple is thronged by women in red sarees to offer prayers to Lord Shiva. Women gather in the temple and circumambulate the Lingam (phallic symbol of the Lord) adorned with flowers, sweets and coins. The beautifully decorated idols of Shiva and Parvati are offered fruits and flowers to seek blessings of the divine spirits. Lighting of an oil lamp is very important part of the puja ceremony. It is said that the oil lamp should be kept lit all night to avoid bad omen.

Rishi Panchami
The third day of the Teej Festival is called Rishi Panchami. On this day, the seven sages of the Hindu pantheon are worshiped by women in a belief that it will cleanse all sins of the previous year. Womenfolk take a holy bath with red mud found on the roots of the sacred Datiwan bush, along with its leaves. After three hours of rigorous cleansing, they come out purified and absolved from all sins. After this they sit in a semicircle while a priest sitting in the middle chants devotional prayers.

There are two base camps on opposite sides of Mount Everest. South Base Camp is in Nepal at an altitude of 5,364 metres , and North Base Camp is in Tibet at 5,545 metres (18,192 ft). These camps are rudimentary campsites on Mount Everest that are used by mountain climbers during their ascent and descent. South Base Camp is used when climbing via the southeast ridge, while North Base Camp is used when climbing via the northeast ridge.

Supplies are carried to the South Base Camp by sherpas or porters, and with help of animals, usually yaks. The North Base Camp has vehicle access (at least in the summer months). Climbers typically rest at base camp for several days for acclimatization; to reduce the risks and severity of altitude sickness.

SOUTH BASE CAMP

The Everest Base Camp trek on the south side is one of the most popular trekking routes in the Himalayas and is visited by thousands of trekkers each year. Trekkers usually

fly from Kathmandu to Lukla to save time and energy before beginning the morning trek to this base camp. From Lukla, climbers trek upward to the Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar, 3,440 metres (11,290 ft), following the valley of the Dudh Kosi river. The village is a central hub of the area, and food, sundries and even mountain climbing equipment may be purchased here.

This takes about two days. Typically at this point, climbers allow a day of rest for acclimatization. They then trek another two days to Dingboche, 4,260 metres (13,980 ft) before resting for another day for further acclimatization. Another two days takes them to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep, the flat field below Kala Patthar, 5,545 metres (18,192 ft) and Mt. Pumori.

NORTH BASE CAMP

As of 2010, a visit to the North (Tibet-side) Base Camp required a permit from the Chinese government, on top of the permit required to visit Tibet itself. At this time such permits could be arranged relatively easily via travel companies in Lhasa, typically as part of a travel package that included hiring a vehicle, driver, and translator. Road access to the North Base Camp may be obtained from a road branching to the South from the Friendship Highway.
